Más de 70 funcionarios de educación finalizaron el diplomado “Liderazgo
para el aprendizaje”

Este jueves 29 de agosto asistimos junto a la alcaldesa Emilia Ríos Saavedra y el director de Educación, Javier Insunza, a la ceremonia de cierre del diplomado “Liderazgo para el aprendizaje”, realizada en la Universidad Diego Portales.

En esta oportunidad, fueron más de 70 funcionarios, de los equipos directivos, que participaron de esta iniciativa de formación; directores, inspectores, encargados deConvivencia Escolar, jefes UTP, coordinadores PIE, entre otros.
“Hoy estamos cerrando un ciclo de dos grandes formaciones que se desarrollaron desde el año 2022 en la comuna de Ñuñoa, gracias a una alianza con la Universidad Diego Portales. Liderazgo con foco en el
aprendizaje, con el liderazgo que se plantea desde el trabajo colaborativo, con un liderazgo que entiende que se trabaja para el servicio de otras personas y que buscan siempre sacar lo mejor de sí”, expresó en su discurso el director de Educación.
La ceremonia, contó con una charla magistral dictada por el profesor de liderazgo educativo y política educativa, Joseph Flessa, desde Ontario Canadá, donde expuso temas como: el contexto actual en el que trabajan los líderes escolares, cómo se relacionan las emociones y el liderazgo y cómo pueden los líderes
respaldar los cambios en la enseñanza, pensando en una pedagogía de confianza.
“Quiero recalcar que hubo un trabajo con la totalidad de nuestros establecimientos educacionales, esto quiere decir que trabajamos desde las escuelas especiales, los jardines, las escuelas de enseñanza básica y liceos de enseñanza media y técnico-profesional. Ñuñoa es una comuna diversa y se hace cargo de dicha diversidad y que percibe la inclusión desde ese proceso”, finalizó Javier Insunza.
Nuestros funcionarios y funcionarias se mostraron muy agradecidos por la oportunidad de estudio y capacitación entregada desde la Corporación, que los ayuda a enfrentar de mejor manera los desafíos junto a sus comunidades educativas y compartir experiencias con sus pares de otros establecimientos.
