En el marco del “Día de la Atención Primaria de Salud”, el Secretario General de la
CMDS, junto al director de Salud, se acercaron a saludar y reconocer el trabajo
que realizan diariamente los funcionarios y funcionarias del área en la comuna. En
agradecimiento, se hizo entrega de una fotografía a los cuatro centros de salud de
Ñuñoa, la que presenta a casi la totalidad de los equipos.
Además, tras compartir y conversar con cada uno de ellos, se les dio un
reconocimiento a las dos unidades de los Centros de Salud Familiar que han
tenido mayor impacto a nivel usuario: Servicio de Urgencias de Cesfam Salvador
Bustos y Servicio de Toma de Muestras de Cesfam Rosita Renard.
La Atención Primaria de Salud es el primer punto de contacto con el sistema de
salud. No solo tratan las enfermedades, sino también se trabaja para prevenir
futuros problemas, garantizando a las personas una atención integral de calidad,
desde la promoción y la prevención, hasta el tratamiento, la rehabilitación y los
cuidados paliativos.
Actualmente, la comuna cuenta con más de 83 mil usuarios inscritos, de ellos un
27% son personas mayores de 65 años.
