Con mucha energía y entusiasmo de los vecinos y vecinas de Ñuñoa, este jueves conmemoramos con grandes actividades el “Día Mundial de la Artrosis” en Ñuñoa, realizada en las dependencias de la UMCE.
Esta iniciativa buscó promover el bienestar de quienes conviven con esta condición, en un
ambiente participativo, donde los asistentes disfrutaron de stands informativos, sesiones de
masoterapia, información de terapias complementarias y ejercicios al aire libre, todo enfocado
en mantener una vida activa y saludable.
 
No faltaron las sonrisas y el optimismo mientras los participantes aprendían nuevas formas de
cuidar su salud y compartían experiencias. Este evento no solo fue una oportunidad para
educarse, sino también, para conectarse y disfrutar de un día dedicado al autocuidado,
siempre con el apoyo de los profesionales de la Dirección de Salud municipal.

Gracias a todos los que hicieron de esta jornada un éxito.
