PADEM 2024: Ñuñoa por una educación pública de altas expectativas

El Concejo Municipal de Ñuñoa aprobó por mayoría, este 15 de noviembre, el Plan
Anual de Desarrollo Educativo Municipal (PADEM) 2024.
La votación del instrumento de Planificación Anual de la Educación Municipal, que
contempla los planes de acción de la política educacional, se llevó a cabo durante
la sesión número 33 del Concejo Municipal. Tras el análisis y discusión de las
autoridades, se dispuso a elección. Así, la propuesta PADEM 2024 obtuvo nueve
votos a favor, una abstención perteneciente al concejal Germán Sylvester y uno en
contra, emitido por el concejal Julio Martínez.
Elaborado por la Dirección de Educación de la Corporación Municipal de
Desarrollo Social de Ñuñoa, el Plan se adhiere oficialmente al Proyecto Educativo
Comunal que se ha trabajado a través de los sellos educativos establecidos para
el período de 2022-2025. Con la aprobación del documento se concluye el
proceso iniciado durante agosto del presente año, en el que participaron los
diferentes estamentos de la comunidad escolar.
La versión 2024 del Plan Anual de Desarrollo Educativo Municipal se enfoca en el
fortalecimiento del sello de altas expectativas de la enseñanza pública. De
acuerdo a la información recogida y presentada en el documento PADEM 2024, en
el contexto de descenso generalizado de resultados a nivel nacional, el sistema de
formación educativa de la red Ñuñoa mejoró sus indicadores. Según la medición
SIMCE, el promedio comunal estuvo por sobre el promedio nacional y aumentó su
distancia desde el último sondeo. Además, se suma el reconocimiento de Liceo
Bicentenario de Excelencia del Colegio Técnico Profesional República Argentina.
Los avances en las acciones educacionales del último año permiten trazar el
horizonte de continuar la construcción de la educación pública centrada en las
altas expectativas hacia los estudiantes de las 21 comunidades educativas de la
red municipal de Ñuñoa, sin excepción. Lo anterior, mediante procesos
participativos y metas compartidas.
Sellos educativos
El Plan Estratégico del PADEM 2024 tiene como base los 5 sellos educativos
comunales, los que contienen 20 objetivos estratégicos que permiten el desarrollo
del Proyecto Educativo Comunal. Este marco de acción establece la ruta a seguir
para la Dirección de Educación de Ñuñoa y los 21 establecimientos públicos de la
comuna.

Entre los objetivos que se presentan según sello se destaca:
 Liderazgo y redes colaborativas entre las comunidades educativas de
Ñuñoa, apuntando a generar lineamientos compartidos entre los
establecimientos, a través del intercambio de buenas prácticas, y el
fortalecimiento del desarrollo profesional de los equipos educativos.
 Justicia Educacional que permita acotar las brechas educativas,
acompañando a las comunidades educativas que presentan mayores
desafíos para su mejoramiento integral, enfatizando en el aprendizaje y las
buenas condiciones para llevar a cabo los procesos educativos. Además,
posibilitar las oportunidades educativas para vecinas y vecinos de la
comuna que desean finalizar sus estudios.
 Educación que integre la Convivencia Escolar e Inclusión dentro de las
políticas de los establecimientos, fortaleciéndolas y brindando más apoyo a
las necesidades de los estudiantes. Lo anterior, enfatizando en las prácticas
educativas que valoren la diversidad y consideren acciones de promoción
del buen trato y preventivas de salud mental y física.
 Educación No Sexista y Participativa que permita comprometer a las
comunidades educativas con el desarrollo de una sociedad democrática,
inclusiva y en la igualdad de derechos.
 Innovación y Sustentabilidad desde las aulas, para que los estudiantes
potencien su conocimiento científico, tecnológico y ambiental, pudiendo
enfrentar los desafíos del siglo XXI.
