Entre los objetivos, se destacan una serie de iniciativas en cinco pilares: Liderazgo y Redes Colaborativas, Educación para la Convivencia e Inclusión Escolar, Educación no Sexista y Participativa, Innovación y Sustentabilidad y Justicia Educacional.
El director de Educación de la Corporación Municipal de Desarrollo Social (CMDS) de Ñuñoa, Javier Insunza, estuvo a cargo de presentar el PADEM 2025 al Concejo Municipal, oportunidad en que además destacó los logros de aprendizaje obtenido por los estudiantes de la comuna, según la Agencia de Calidad de la Educación, entre los que destacan, buenos rendimientos en SIMCE a nivel nacional en Comprensión Lectora y Escritura y Matemáticas, tanto en 4° básico como en 2° Medio.
“Ñuñoa sustenta y desarrolla un sistema educativo que persigue la Justicia Educacional, por esta razón su sistema educativo comprende distintos proyectos educativos que desarrollan trayectorias de estudiantes diversas, y que, en cada uno de ellos, se trabaja en base a altas expectativas de desarrollo. En Ñuñoa trabajamos porque las brechas educativas de origen no sean un impedimento para ninguno de nuestros y nuestras estudiantes, y es por esto que hemos realizado un esfuerzo permanente porque tampoco existan brechas de aprendizaje entre nuestros establecimientos, avanzamos y lo hacemos todas y todos juntos”, señaló el director de Educación, Javier Insunza.
Proceso Participativo
Para la realización del PADEM 2025 se realizaron 6 diálogos participativos, con representantes de Consejos Escolares, en que participaron cerca de 200 integrantes de las 21 comunidades educativas, entre directivos, docentes, asistentes de la educación, apoderados y estudiantes. Además, se incorporó una instancia con representantes de organizaciones gremiales y sindicales.
Desde el año 2024, la Corporación Municipal de Desarrollo Social ha trabajado en colocar un especial énfasis al trabajo de colaboración pedagógica entre los establecimientos de la comuna. Al refuerzo del trabajo en red, sello consolidado en los últimos tres años, se ha sumado una iniciativa específica en torno al intercambio de experiencias pedagógicas inclusivas, académicas y convivenciales, que busca levantar, sistematizar y reconocer las prácticas, como conocimientos que pueden contribuir a la mejora del sistema educativo comunal (Encuentros Pedagógicos).
Dotación 2025
La Corporación Municipal de Desarrollo Social realizó un efectivo y responsable control
de dotación durante el 2024, lo que ha permitido mantener un nivel estable a lo largo del año y resguardar la sostenibilidad financiera.
Para el 2025, se tiene contemplado realizar una dotación de continuidad respecto al año 2024, pero con aumentos en específico para abordar los casos relacionados con la desregulación socioemocional y conductual, apoyo para situaciones más complejas de violencia escolar en algunas comunidades, cobertura de horas de la asignatura de religión, de acuerdo a normativa vigente, apertura de nuevos cursos y nuevos cursos con cobertura PIE.
Para este 2025 otros de los objetivos a desarrollar son:
Generar nuevas instancias de formación continua para el liderazgo de nuestros
funcionarios y funcionarias.
Generar nuevos vínculos con comunidades educativas, para promover el
desarrollo integral de los estudiantes, tanto en deporte como en cultura.
Fortalecer los vínculos con los distintos dispositivos de la Atención Primaria de
Salud.
Entregar oportunidades educativas para personas jóvenes y adultos que quieran
finalizar sus estudios de enseñanza básica o media.
Concretar los proyectos necesarios para la mejora continua en las escuelas,
infraestructura acorde a las necesidades de cada establecimiento.
Fortalecer las políticas de inclusión educativa, dotando de más apoyos para los
niños y niñas con necesidades educativas especiales.
Desarrollar iniciativas participación orientadas a estudiantes, que fortalezcan el
compromiso democrático, el pluralismo y la educación para la ciudadanía.
Fomentar las actividades en torno al reciclaje y lograr la certificación ambiental
del resto de los establecimientos.
